Our studies show people who work with our coaches are 4 times more likely to complete the program and on average lost 28% more weight. If you can afford it, we recommend the coached programs.

The program is for people who have been told by their doctor that they are at risk of type 2 diabetes. Men or Women. Sons, daughters, husbands, wives, sisters, brothers, friends…. any loved one who has the motivation and determination to come on the journey with you and help you succeed.
An Apple or Android smartphone or tablet and to commit about 1 hour per week to complete the readings, do the challenges and chat to your coach
You and your loved one sign up and do the program together. You pay for the person being ‘fixed’ and the loved-one joins the program for free. You both download the app so you can both see the program, your food log and your trackers at any time. You can both speak to the same coach and experts (although for privacy reasons your loved one cannot see what you say to the coach).
We recommend seeing your GP before you embark on a significant lifestyle change. We strongly advise anyone who suffers with any kind of medical condition, are on medication or are in anyway concerned about your suitability for following this program to seek the advice of their primary medical provider before taking part in this program. Don’t take any risks.
Fixing Dad and Ways of Eating have teamed-up to make this program. Fixing Dad started as a film, and now it is a family on a mission to make a difference. Ways of Eating makes apps that help people succeed in making lifestyle changes to improve their health. We think we make a good team.
